Chestermere has some great acreages surrounding the town. There are several subdivisions that have two and four-acre parcels located in pleasant, well-planned neighbourhoods.
Eastridge Estates
This community was started in 1998. Homes there are on mostly 2 acre parcels, with the occasional 4 acre parcel. There are some great bungalows with walk-outs and stunning views of the mountains. There is also a variety of two-storey homes here. This subdivision is very close to the Chestermere High School. Homes here have their own wells, and the septic systems are tank and fields. The roads are paved. Home prices here range from $600,000 to $1,000,000.
Landsdowne Estates
Located between Chestermere Lake and the Chestermere High School, Landsdowne Estates is part of the Rocky View County. Water is provided to residents from a water co-op. The co-op also runs the street lights and the garbage removal. The cost for this is $100/month. This subdivision was built in the late 1970’s, so the trees are mature, and the homes have either been updated or will need to be.
High Pointe Estates
Located East of Chestermere Lake Highpoint Estates is two loops of 2-acre lots. One is on the South side and one on the North side which is closer to the TransCanada Highway. Water here is on a co-op as is garbage removal and street lights.
Conrich Area Acreages on MLS
Conrich has a variety of acreages available. Very close to Calgary via McKnight Blvd. or 16 Avenue. Homes here range from new to about 1993 in age. Prices range from the $700,000 to over $1,300,000.
Lake Ere Estates
Lake Ere Estates has been annexed into the town of Chestermere. It now has access to City water (which comes from Calgary), and the garbage removal is provided by the town as well. There is also Shaw cable and internet services available. Backing onto Kinniburgh estates Lake Ere is close to schools, medical and other services. There are 2-acre parcels here.
Prairie Schooner Estates
