With a ten acre manmade lake families here enjoy a resort lifestyle without leaving home. The lake is lined and oxygenated with three pumps positioned throughout the lake. Water quality is tested weekly. The lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout and Brown Trout. Residents enjoy ice fishing in the winter as well as fishing in the spring, summer and fall. Fishing is only allowed from boats or canoes.
The lake is a private resident only lake. Swimming is great here, but parents much keep a diligent watch over their children as there is no lifeguard. Kayaks, canoes and row boats are available for resident use once the lake temperature reaches a minimum of 10 degrees Celsius.
