Local Sports/Clubs

There are many clubs, sports teams and groups within the Chestermere area. This is a list which we hope to make complete. If your club or group is not included please call and we will add your group immediately.

The Club is a not-for-profit community of sailors, organized by volunteers to develop and promote the sport of sailing. For a reasonable membership fee, the Club offers a variety of benefits to its members. Some Club members have considerable sailing experience but members of all abilities are welcome including families with children. You do not need to own a boat the Club has several available for affordable time-share leases. During the sailing season races are held on Thursday evenings. We also have lessons and a great youth program, summer camps and more. Phone 403-272-3300. Visit our web site at Calgary Yacht Club.
