Rainbow Falls Real Estate

Located in the South-West corner of Chestermere this development is bordered by the irrigation canal, Chesterview Estates and West Creek. This development has been designed to take advantage of the availability of water from the Western Irrigation canal. There is one large pond, a large waterfall, a smaller pond and a series of man-made creeks running through this development. There are two proposed school sites and it is my understanding that both the public and the separate boards will have new elementary schools for this area in 2008. (If this is important to you I would suggest that you confirm these facts with the school boards and to also get a time-line of when these schools will be operational.)

This development will feature a variety of home styles. There is currently a showhome parade with Lifestyle Homes, Jager Homes, Beattie Homes, and Shane Homes. The parade can be found at Topaz Gate. The Brownstones is a townhouse condo development by Lionsworthe Homes. Truman Homes is developing a Villa-style community in this area as well. Both projects have homes that will be available to move into soon. As this project is fairly new resale homes are just beginning to appear on MLS.
