Condos in Rainbow Falls

Located in the South West corner of Chestermere Lake, Rainbow Falls is bordered by the irrigation canal.  There are two ponds that are connected by canals.  There are two elementary schools and a Middle school in the Rainbow Falls area.  Truman homes has built a variety of condominiums in this area. 

 There are great walking paths throughout Rainbow Falls, and a bike path that runs along the  canal all the way to Calgary.  You can exit Rainbow Falls via Rainbow Road  to Glenmore Trail.  There is a No Frills Grocery, Liquor and Gas Station in Rainbow Falls.

The Brownstones Are Two Storey Units With Full Basements and Double Detached Garages.

were built by Lionsworthe Homes a division of Truman homes the developer of Rainbow Falls.   These are great units and they are selling fast.  There are a variety of floor plans with 2 bedrooms and a den, a 3 bedroom plan, 2 bedroom & 2 baths upstairs.  There are full basements, with some being walkouts.  The garage is  a two car detached, fully enclosed garage.  These units were built between 2006 and 2013.  Sizes range from just below 1,300 sq. ft. on the top two levels to 1,600.  The more recent units have more upgrades as standard.  It is important that you are very careful to compare the age of the units and the upgrades.

They are close to the two schools in Westmere, which are Saint Gabriel the Archangel, which is a Kindergarten to Grade 12. and Prairie Waters which is Kindergarten to Grade 4.

The Bayclub at Chestermere LakeThese apartment style units were built in 2005 for 390 Marina Drive, and 2006 for 380 Marina Drive.  There are one and two bedroom units.  Each unit has a stacking washer and dryer, a fridge, stove and dishwasher.  There is heated underground parking and exterior parking for a second stall for the two bedrooms.  There are balconys, or a concrete patio on the main floor units.  There are units that have a full lake view, units that back onto the green space between the buildings.  There is also a storage locker for bikes and other items in the garage.The one bedrooms range from 600 sq. ft. and the two bedrooms are between 830 to just 950 sq. ft.  All units come with one indoor heated parking spot.  Most two bedroom also have an outdoor stall that is assigned.
